Our role
Executive Producer of the engagement.
We manage artist procurement, negotiations, contracting, logistics, and artist-related production while coordinating closely with your event planner, venue, and other professionals. Delivering extraordinary performances takes planning, discretion, coordination, and experienced execution — that is the whole job, and it is all we do here.
Supplemental staging, rigging, video, scenic, power, livestream, or recording services can be quoted separately — and produced in-house by Valentin Creative.

Market Evaluation
We evaluate availability, routing, private-event history, market demand, budget compatibility, and suitable alternatives before any formal outreach.
Confidential Artist Outreach
We discreetly contact the appropriate agents, managers, attorneys, and production teams to assess interest, availability, and pricing.
Offer Development
We shape the performance fee, event details, schedule, travel, production expectations, and confidentiality terms into a credible offer.
Offer Authorization & Funding
You approve the material offer terms and provide offer funding. Clear engagement documents govern submission, acceptance, and handling of funds.
Negotiation & Contracting
We negotiate compensation, performance length, travel, hospitality, production, security, publicity, recording, payment, and cancellation terms — then coordinate contracts, deposits, riders, insurance, and venue documentation.
Production Advance
We coordinate artist logistics, technical and hospitality riders, vendors, venue requirements, transportation, hotels, dressing rooms, security, credentials, load-in, soundcheck, and load-out.
Event Execution
On show day we manage arrivals, backstage operations, technical execution, hospitality, performance timing, departures, and every entertainment detail through the final note.
